Anton Salerno

     I was born on the road to carnies who eventually settled in West Texas.  I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography from Texas Tech University, and went on to study aerospace engineering before deciding that space travel was not the answer to the world's problems.  Turning to architecture and engineering, I hope to do my part to improve this world through alternative building and the conservation of our natural resources.

     Soldier, artist, and environmentalist, I have focused my energy on sustainable building, water conservation, and storm water collection systems. I hope to free as many people as possible from the constraints of a system of  architecture that has failed man and the environment.  I believe that a home can be built to support life rather than living to support one's home.  I believe that buildings can be made to work with  nature rather than against it.
